Boxer Luke Campbell to Step Outside the Ring with MOT Models

Rising star, role model and professional boxer, Hull-based Luke Campbell MBE (http://www.lukecampbellofficial.co.uk/), aged 28, has been signed up by one of Europe’s most successful model agencies, London-based MOT Models.

Luke Campbell achieved his first Amateur Boxing Association title in 2007 and in 2008 he became the first English boxer to win Euro Gold since 1961. He won a Gold Medal for Great Britain in the 2012 Olympics, becoming the first British bantamweight winner in over 100 years, making him Britain’s most successful amateur boxer.

A deal has been struck between Luke’s agent – US-based Robert Mazzucchelli -and MOT Models which involves Luke being signed up for national and international brand ambassador work, as well as modelling, in the run up to his next fight.

Alison Griffin, a Director at MOT Models (http://www.motmodel.com) said, “We have always provided clients with sporty male models. In recent months there’s been strong interest in sportsmen who can be the centre of an integrated advertising campaign. The Welsh Rugby player Mike Phillips was recently signed and we are now thrilled that Luke is joining the MOT Models ‘family’.”

The agency, which was founded in 1985, prides itself on its strong, positive, nurturing relationships with both models and advertising clients. They typically serve the commercial market, namely high profile campaigns for brands including Axe / Lynx, Body Shop, Esprit, Galaxy, Samsung, Seksy and Vertu.
